Yes. Standard handpan orders include free tracked shipping, and eligible standard items can be returned free within 14 calendar days of delivery. Email info@cosmoshandpan.com to request a prepaid return label. There is no return shipping fee or restocking fee for eligible returns. Custom or personalized items are excluded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
